By accessing and using Yo! Draw (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. The service is currently in a beta phase and is provided "as is".

2. Use of the Service

You are responsible for the content you create. You agree not to use the Service to create any material that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you create with Yo! Draw. I claim no intellectual property rights over the material you create.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yo! Draw or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

6. License and Usage Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Yo! Draw for personal or commercial projects, subject to these Terms. You may create, export, and publish your work produced with the Service, but you may not claim ownership of or resell the Yo! Draw platform, its components, or underlying technology.

Reverse engineering, unauthorized duplication, or creation of derivative works based on the Service is not permitted.

7. Copyright and Redistribution

All source code, design elements, and original assets of Yo! Draw are the intellectual property of Nabeel Ali. Redistribution, resale, modification for distribution, or hosting of any part of the Service without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
